Hi Pascal,

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for your prompt service yesterday. The serviceman called exactly on time and was finished in 15 minutes. I was so happy to have my shower working again. He explained what was wrong and showed me the parts he replaced. I can’t thank you enough for sending him out so quick and being so helpful explaining everything on the phone including the cost.

I will definitely be recommending you to anyone who needs your company’s help. Hope you have a nice Christmas and a great new year.

I would like to express sincere thanks to Domestic Pumps  who helped me 2 weeks ago. I sent an email on a Sunday with a problem with a Stuart Turner Pump and Pascal called me the same day. He told me the board was gone and I’d need a capacitor and new board. I visited the shop and bought the parts (I also bought an expansion vessel)

I had the pump back and working within an hour. Once again sincere thanks and I would highly recommend Domestic Pumps to anyone with similar problems.
